This is a message for HunterX, I found a solution for those who have not "com.ripdev.kali.plist" because caterpillar expired :

download Ziphone or iDemocracy, and change the IMEI of your iphone, then, reinstall Kate 1.3 and launch it, miracle it works! you have 3 days of trial again, and the file "com.ripdev.kali.plist" is generated again.
after that you know what to do I think.

I tested it on my iphone, works 100%.
