Nemo Q 2.00 with Support for Nokia N75, N80 and N95 Now Available
The new version of Nemo Q, our easy-to-use troubleshooting tool for customer-assisted network problem solving, supports GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, and HSDPA wireless networks and is now available for Nokia N75, N80, and N95 terminals.
Nemo Q’s unique concept, where the end-customers send a log file each time they encounter network problems, represents the future of the service provider business. Distributed to employees and key customers who use the terminal as a regular phone, Nemo Q enables the service provider to receive only the essential troubleshooting data as and when problems occur. Nemo Q 2.00 can also be configured to present a fully customizable questionnaire to the end-customer reporting a problem.
